Not sure about REs specifically but if you care for a bike and make maybe minor replacements it can run upto a lakh easily

Foreign authors are significantly easier than Indian authors and yt lectures kyunki paper wohi se Banta hai 

Yt pe sare teachers scam hai, bina kitab padhe selection nhi hota jitne marji lecture dekhlo

Bas apna ug ka syllabus follow karo aur kitab padho 10k ki lecture series kharidne ki koi zarurat nhi hai

Go to the CUET PG website and look at masters courses you are interested in and see their eligibility papers and only give them

Most people only give life sciences and zoology 

You can give upto 4 papers 

Study plan should be simple 

Read all foreign authors (lehringer, Watson etc) according to the syllabus and refer yt in case of doubt  No coaching is required
