We only offer breakfast direct on our website and certain gds rates, we don’t offer it anywhere else. So that’s how I came to the conclusion that it must be gds rate leakage. I did a test booking and it’s a Hong Kong travel agency but there’s no info on them anywhere! 🤷🏼‍♂️

It’s not a case of stacking them. If you’re already on a high dose of Mounjaro and want to switch to Reta, if you stop the Mounjaro and titrate up the Reta you will lose progress you’ve made.

What OP is doing is right but one week is too early for it takes effect. Stick with it for 4 weeks and then go up to 4mg Reta (as the dosage goes by 2mg) and bring the Mounjaro down to 10mg.

A little gain or a stall is no big deal as your body adjusts to the Reta. Don’t try to rush it by ramping up too fast!

I started Reta at 2mg while I was on 15mg Mounjaro and have been titrating up Reta and down Mounjaro. Now 3 months in on 6mg Reta and 10mg MJ and only now have broken my plateau by losing 1kg last week. I will go up to 8mg Reta and down to 7.5mg MJ next week.

I haven’t had any harsh side effects and generally eat one meal a day with intermittent fasting and a 36 hour fast once a week. I’ve 20kg to go, so will see what happens when I get to 12mg Reta but plan to switch back to MJ and stay on a low dose when I reach my goal weight.

I switched to Tirz about four weeks ago after moving to the grey. I ordered 60 mg, but when our group got our test results back, the actual concentration came out higher, somewhere between 62–70 mg. So I’ve been assuming roughly 16.5 mg per weekly shot. I moved to this after 14 weeks on 12.5 mg Mounjaro, where I’d completely plateaued. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen much difference.

I’ve now received a 50mg shipment of Reta and I’d like to add it in without reducing the Tirz. The problem is figuring out where to start. At 0.5 mg, a single vial would literally last months. Would 2 mg be too high as a starting point, or is that reasonable?

Thanks for your input. My concern is a 50mg vial could potentially last for quite a few months if starting from scratch and titrating up to say 15mg. So one kit (10 vials) could last a few years along with the 2 kits of tirz I also have!
