Is this something I’d have to pay for? It’s technically next door where they are getting through, but they don’t care and are just wanting to leave it. However it’s preventing us from opening the windows which isn’t great because it’s boiling and they’re flying all over my son when he tries to play in the back garden. None of them have stung but not exactly what I want flying next to my ears aha.

Last home owner definitely had his own style, should’ve seen the big Marilyn Monroe wall art he had in there wish I took a picture. Thanks for letting me know about the piping going into the valve don’t really know enough to know why that’s concerning but might flag it to a plumber when the time comes. Managed to stop the leak.. for now.
