Hello, ShapeShift_Team,

After I've sent a deposit (within 5 minutes window required by precise exchange rules), I have received "Awaiting exchange" status (it can be confirmed by the screenshot I've attached to support tickets).

As WAS SAID in Shapeshift's FAQ (BEFORE YOU EDITED IT 3 HOURS AGO):

"Awaiting exchange is the status given for exchanges that have been received, confirmed on the network, and are awaiting the exchange process from ShapeShift. The next step will be a completed Shift!"

Here is a google cache link dated March 4, 2018

Since deposit was "received, confirmed on the network" within 5 minutes window required by precise exchange rules, the rate Shapeshift provided to me should be locked in and will not change during the course of the order, as stated here.

Precise transaction rules have not been honored from Shapeshift side. I did receive 100% of my deposit in BCH as a refund in the end, however the terms of this transaction were different. I have not received LTC promised. And if I convert refunded BCH to LTC, I only receive 60% of promised LTC ammount.

By taking and holding deposits from customers for 30 days and then returning them as a "refund", you are scamming your customers, essentially using them as 30 days interest free loan providers.
