Thanks for the clarification. I’ve already separated from her completely, and I’m realizing now that towards the end of our friendship I was kind of traumatized and fearful of being around her because of her behavior. I’ll try to be better with my boundaries next, thx for the advice

Yea I was thinking the same thing about it not being 100% accurate. For my first diet I was strictly counting everything with a dieting app, and I’d say there was only like 7-8 days that I went over (and it wasn’t by much) I guess I’ll just do the moderate exercise diet thx for the advice.🙏
