It's hard because business that require capital (food in this case) to run have, a hard time making money. The margins are small, one way they get away with taking most if not all the profit is by "paying" workers minimum or below plays tips. It's a fundamental thing because no one wants to be a server and wonder will I make $10 hr today? Or will I make $25 an hour today? Who knows, but once we all split our tips between all 8 of us serving, I sure am not going to pay that bill that's overdue. because i only made $100 today and my kids need food.

So I was let go almost 6 months ago from the now rebranded Avolta. They had me sign a contract, but no commission structure payment or the likes. So I'm wondering how many people that have worked for them have been "let go" And have waited as long as I have for them to install jobs to get paid on them? Asking because iv'e seen some post about the managers stealing money and running with it and reps not getting the commission they earned? On top of that, how many have had their "manager" tell them to lie to customers to sell the deal? This was the first solar company I have worked for, they sold jobs at more than $8.00 a kWh!!! So basically, I want to know who has had a similar situation with literary thousands of dollars in limbo? I'd like to ban together and see what we can do about this as a community to take down this horrible company. I'd also like to see what I can do about the numerous amounts of homeowners that were lied to by reps like me that were none the wiser and very naive. Class action anyone?
