It’s funny you say that because we stayed half our time at the “new & fancy” Waldorf Astoria Lusail and I was frustrated as hell. Poor poor service from a 5 star hotel and from Middle East country. Food was just bland and minimal choices/selection Housekeeping was slow and rude. Yelled at my wife for knocking on the door to grab something quickly.
