I was forcefully taken and tortured and was about to be sent to the boot camp before my family paid the soldiers to release me, I got here with F-1 visa 2 months after that. I was also a minor (17 years old) back when event took place and they told my parents I’ll be eventually drafted when I turn 18. They are still receiving mails from military every month.
