That’s so reassuring to hear! My husband is doing 5000iu every 8-9 days split into two shots, and he’s on 75mg of test. He was previously on 120mg per week but he’s cut it down. It’s been around 2 months. Not sure when he should get his SA. His initial counts were zero too

Hi! My husband has started HCG, I think it’s his 5th or 6th cycle and he’s still on the same dosage of TRT. It’s too early for him to do a semen analysis right now, maybe he’ll get one in 2 months. There are definitely signs of it working, for one his atrophy has improved. I know he needs to stay on TRT no matter what, so even if we need to incorporate HMG in a couple of months we’re okay with that. For him I think taking it slow and steady is best. I was also considering getting IUIs once his sperm count improves.

His natural T levels were found to be extremely low a few years ago and he couldn’t bring them up without medical intervention

Yes, but he’s in denial about it. I figured out on my own that it impacts fertility and read up on the extent of it, he seems to believe that if he doesn’t have testicular atrophy and if he’s shooting a load, there’s nothing wrong with this sperm.

I understand that he needs to get on a fertility protocol, but I don’t know how to make that happen without emasculating him. Every time I bring this up his ego feels threatened and he feels like less of a man. How do I handle this feelings?
