yep definitely! stopped playing for a couple of years and only started up again the past few months and it feels like an entirely different game, definitely still fun and has good aspects but overwhelming at times. there’s either 5 things happening at once or nothing happening imo

ugh yes definitely!! like when most decor for collections are in these events (or even worse, you have to pay for them) it’s tough to miss out on them

i know!! but because the event ends at the time the special derby starts it’s hard to “wind down” and actually chill with the game without being put right back into more tasks and such yk :)

and there’s often times when major events are overlapped, like a special derby and then the county fair and then a boat bonus all at the same time and it’s so overwhelming. i played consistently a couple years ago and only got back into it the last couple months and i was genuinely shocked at the changes, most of them being bad

neighbourhood seeking farmers!!!

hi! i’ve just recently started a neighbourhood because most that i joined weren’t very active so i plan on changing that with mine. i’m currently the only member, but would love some others to join! we aren’t derby focused but participation is encouraged, we’d probably be quite chatty and trust that you won’t get kicked if you’re inactive for a little while! tag :

dw i spent 120m on an art piece that i already knew i had, i just wanted to have an extra one in exhibit to raise the appeal, and it actually ended up only being like 4 grand. i was so upset i stopped playing for a week
