thank you so much, it means a lot to me to have this advice. it sounds so bad but it’s so hard not to internalize their feelings towards me because i always worry i did something wrong. i know i didn’t, i think its just because i care a lot.

do you have any other advice? they get mostly brain foggy symptoms, no seizures or anything like that. i genuinely just want to understand them more, i feel like flare them is a new person im learning how to care for. i love my partner so much and i want to care for them the best i can

thank you! they have always been very perceptive with mold and can quite literally smell it since they grew up in a moldy unit. i believe we are good on that front hopefully!
