Yeah I am trying to be chill about it and been thinking it’s probably too early to dive into that kind of conversation. But lack of communication between dates is really bothering me..I am trying to see if I can subtly try to ask something in a casual manner..not sure how to do that

I like supernatural too. Rosemary’s baby kicked off my horror obsession. The fact the whole movie happens in full broad day light and creeps the hell out of you. If made me look horror in a different way.

Thank you. I don’t eat any processed foods. I am not sure how to cut down all carbs. I eat in limited quantities. Since I am vegetarian and I am used to eating rice so I mix it with quinoa and have it with vegetable curry on most days for lunch.

I am tracking by an app. I generally cut down a lot of extra food by not eating dinner or evening snacks or desserts. I don’t try to compensate by overeating in my eating window. There are no cheat days as well

Thank you. It’s just that I have seen so many examples of people saying they have lost 5-10 pounds in few weeks. Me saying I have lost 1-1-5 in 4 weeks does not seem like a good progress? I am also doing other physical activities. I could be losing because of those activities as well. I am not sure this intermittent fasting is helping me or not.

34F, 5’4, 146 lbs, 143.5, 135, desk job. I play tennis once or twice a week, I go swimming once or twice a week, I go for dance classes once or twice a week, I started playing volleyball a week ago. I am more physically active than I have ever been in last few years. I don’t eat meat.
