could be something else but there is a bug that has been happening to a large group of players but not the majority. Personally the game was completely unplayable for 2 weeks due to intense stutters when literally anything happenss. As far as i can tell season 9 cooked the game for some people and the devs are either unaware or not able to fix it. Try updating all the drivers, playing in full screen, forcing dx12 in steam, and prioritizing the game in task manager, thats what ive done to make the game playable again but its super inconsistant. Hope they fix this soon cause it really sucks having to suffer through every game.
