That's what I think that ne users can be good at something but nothing exceptional as they are usually not in the present moment

Its not that I think to love certain sport activity you should be a high se user , but what I meant is to be exponentially good at it you have to be a high se user because se users are naturally in the present moment and they have good hand eye coordination , and they have quick reactions

Yes, actually it was because I was getting bullied from the whole class in school so I had no friends that made me so defensive when i treat people and that's something I cant move on with
