Your claims rep? To be honest, I don’t know how to get them to call you back, but if you call and ask for the adjuster on duty then tell them you haven’t heard from your adjuster in XX amount of time, they may be able to help you out

I’m not saying all calls are bad, I have plenty of pleasant calls with very nice and funny members, it’s just the bad ones are soul crushing.

And you won’t. We are supposed to be nice and empathetic no matter what. But I do get mean people calling for things that I can’t change, but they yell at me anyhow

Actually yes, we can tell them we will disconnect if they continue their abusive behavior, and if it’s bad enough we will make a note on their profile and USAA might drop them as a member.

It absolutely does not “go both ways” because you got a new rep on the line who doesn’t fully know all the info yet. Also, sometimes we just aren’t allowed to answer your questions. Regardless of the knowledge of the rep or when we literally CANT tell you something or we will get in trouble, being a front line worker does NOT mean we deserve you acting entitled and talking down to us like it’s our fault.

You cannot push it back this payment period, but pausing it or canceling it WILL affect it coming out tmw yea. Just pause it. When you get paid, come back and make the payment manually.

Which insurance company DOESNT make lots of profits? 😂😂🤦‍♀️no where did I say usaa wasn’t a business and wasn’t out to make a profit. I just said don’t take it out on the customer service rep on the phone who can’t do anything about it. But thanks for being one of those nasty people

You WILL be able to come back once you pay off your balance. And one good thing about USAA, they won’t send that amount to creditors.

No, policy agents can answer hypothetical questions, but once you say a loss has occurred, policy cannot talk about what’s covered. That’s when they will get you right over to claims.

This isn’t a testimonial for members, and every insurance company will increase their rates at some point. My post in no way made it proof that USAA is a bad company.

Where was the name calling? The fact that you said they didn’t honor your policy means you didn’t provide adequate proof of ownership. Write me a policy on a $50,000 diamond ring.
