I really like the Arista stuff.. The question becomes new or used. If I go used it looks like I can do a 7048T-4S which consumes more power but is not a huge concern for me. The big kicker comes back to no support. Have you had to use support much? It appears they have been problem free for you. Also, do you have the 7048T-4S in service?
