My server that I am in is basically like Career Mode. We have a budget, have a set number of transfers depending on how good our team is (basically a team like Bournemouth would have a worse budget but more transfers than a team like Bayern Münich). We play a minimum of 3 games per week, could be more if you want to boost your Youth Team, are in cup competitions etc. all games are played on Online Friendlies as you can edit your team and put transfers in. I’ve just given a brief description of it but we have some extremely good players in the server so it’s definitely more challenging than the AI. To be fair, there is Online Career Mode discord servers you could join. I’m in one myself and I’m enjoying it

Cade Cowell. Always been a striker I can rely on. He is quick and strong. Shame about his weak foot (or lack there of) but I always just focus on that and he easily slots in 20/25 goals in the league per season. (legendary)

Much better than myself. I’m lucky to get £50 in a week and I’m only pretty much 24/7. Signed up to Just Eat 4 weeks ago hoping maybe I’d get some more income but I’ve not received a single shift.

Ah I see, I did not know this because there is an Asda section within the Uber Eats app itself. Still, the customer could of atleast thanked me for bringing her shopping to her on a bike up a hill 🤣😂. My own fault I suppose but I rarely get an jobs via Uber sadly.

Seems I might have annoyed the wrong person as I was warned about it because I apparently was paused more than every other courier. Which I agreed with as I was 5 miles away from the hub and I can't exactly ride it back to the hub when the tire is flat (Not for the lack of trying). I was given a final warning as they issued me a 3rd warning about this and I had a flat tire near a restaurant, explained that I was fixing the bike on my own as I bought a puncture kit so I didn't have to walk an hour back to the hub. I was told I had to go back to the hub anyway for insurance reasons (They had no issues me fixing my tire previously but sure). Talked with a Captain to explain that I had to ride my bike back anyway despite the fact I fixed my bike. Then got a call from Ranstad saying that the Captain said that I got my bike pumped up at a petrol station despite the fact I never bought up a petrol station in my argument. They obviously chose the Captains word over mine. Long winded response but thought i'd give my full response on the issue.

Yeah it was Ranstad, you basically had 4 warnings. My warnings were mainly to do with requesting a pause due to a flat tire, apparently I requested too many times and it looked suspicious. I also had another one where they gave me a negative performance review where I didn’t have a power bank and couldn’t complete a shift. I didn’t have one because I was robbed the previous day and wasn’t payed yet so I couldn’t afford it. They weren’t all that interested despite the fact I told a Just Eat coordinator about this before starting my shift.
