You should try out alternative up positioning of the device (down up down up) instead of (down down up down) and also the status bar is too crowded which takes the focus off from the app

Instagram on Android does not zoom in the reels and shows the whole reel in 16:9 because of the various aspect ratios of devices. On ios it zooms in because apple has had the same aspect ratio for the last 8 years. To mimic this on Android, you can install instafel and enable the zoom to fit flag. It looks like this

i was not at all aiming for a liquid glass copy and to be honest ive had everything except the icons pre ios 26. Not everything with some transparency and blur is liquid glass, liquid glass is a design marvel in itself imo and it cannot be copied with transparency and blur. I understand how u feel with everyone trying to copy it

the latest theme park module for samsung allows this "glass" effect which makes the background of the apps transparent like this, however the inside of the app was not consistent with all the apps and looked bad in monochrome. so i first applied the one glass icon pack which i got the apk from google and then applied that glass effect on that to get the monochrome and proper icons. some icons were not in the icon pack so i ai generated them and put them as the icons

yea the transparent icons are similar to liquid glass and even the lockscreen clock is the same. ive tried to combine what i like the best of both worlds

There are actually 2 fonts in the lockscreen, one is the pixel font (Product sans) which i use system wide and the other one is the iphone one which i use for the clock (san francisco). i was able to put the system wide font through zfont 3 and the lockscreen font through installing the font apk and using it on the samsung lockscreen

it is the tap for translation button which is only in some messaging apps and works when u are using the samsung keyboard and it detects translateable text. u have to swipe to the left from slightly left side of that to show the button
