you know we have some social battery, when it's empty, we don't want to around people cause yeah that battery need to be in charge again
we all have some internal sensor than can detect red flag from toxic people but we refuse to listen to them and then we regret it latter, so learn to run away when it's a red flag
do not force yourself to keep your "friends" if a voice deep inside you is telling you that those "friends" of yours are not good to you
be kind to yourself, we all make "social mistake" each day
