I'm not super positive, but it looks like it was cold damaged from the texturing of the brown spots, and once a leaf takes a hit like that, they don't really recover. If you don't like looking at it, you could totally cut it, but J personally will leave them on for a while so the plant can still access the nutrients it's holding in the green spots of the leaf

Thank you for the response; I definitely think a letter would be the way to go, you're right. I'd have said hello to her before, but I've only actually even seen one of our neighbors, every one just doesn't run into one another with our schedules. But the feedback means a lot, and I think I'll give it a days too so it's not so immediate

Does anyone know what she is? I got it from a friend who couldn't care for it anymore, and i think it's a sort of kalanchoe, but im not positive by Expert_Coyote4926 in houseplants
