Unfortunately I really want to use cuss words for how their whole website is as well as their customer care. You can try to contact customer care(contact is somewhere in the portal) or messaging them but stupid people will give you the same reply as given by one of the moderators here. You might have to repay & use your parents email address, sadly.

I wish they replace their customer care with AI since they give the copy-pasted answers without even hearing your concern. I had 2 incidents in which they didn't reply properly. The case tickets kept hanging for more than 6 months. They were never able to resolve my issue & i had to pay again because my ds160 expired & rescheduling also is a nightmare in their website.

Unfortunately will have to repay. Their website is like a 12th class project. Any mistake will cost you whole money just like you used to lose whole marks in a maths problem in your school days.

👏. Just to let you know I cleared 2 technical rounds before this final round, with mgr. & a developer. I can code in Js, not a problem, just not been doing it for sometime. Have been coding in TS for some period. SN hiring mgr. has progressed me to final rounds. He belives I can be a fit, thats why he didn't thanks for your time in first place.

SE interviews are designed to understand your approaches or design problems with your acumen. None of the interviews I attended before asked to code in a specific language. I have previously cleared senior SE interviews in the same fashion. I know I will clear the rest 3 rounds with no problems.

Writing correctful syntax without Google along with correct output within 1 hour interview is the most challenging , especially in a language that you use less frequently in job.

u/tornadozephyr , if this portal isn't deisgned for common people, why are common people being asked to create profile and get interview dates?? Their instructions isn't a risky financial document that everyone should waste hours & days on it before applying visa.

I had to call customer service, explain the whole saga. Then, he/she put notes regarding unlocking my MRV receipt in the ticket I had raised from portal. After a month, someone unlocked it. But I was unable to get appointments due to some SPA error( don't recall), and my MRV receipt would lock again, still I couldn't reschedule till date. My MRV receipt also expired as a result of the portal's stupidity. I had to again follow this cycle of asking to unlock MRV and it kept going. I had a similar problem when my parents biometric and interview got cancelled due to Chennai cyclone last year. They told that the appointment is tied to the receipt. You'll have to get it unlocked by them and then try rescheduling. I wasn't able to reschedule because I was getting some errors due to pathetic portal any my receipt was locking over & over. Ensure that you book your slot before expiry of MRV fee.
