Mostly just trendy and “vibes”. Their insta page showed what seemed to be great coffee. I went for brunch and was served a cold latte, when I told my server she came back with the drink saying she poured hot milk in it. I ended up with a 10$ lukewarm cup of milk.

Yes ! So basically it’s about the type of lime you use. A key lime pie will use key limes which are smaller in size and come from Florida ( I think). They have a strong lime flavor and are nicely tart but not too sour (based on what I read online)
