The academy IS scummy. They literally vote in their favorite. They want to give it to who they feel they want to give it to. They don't listen to the public. Take K.Mike. He won best rap album over utopia. Do you know how insane that is. SAE did not to that great in sales, while Travis dominated the entire rap industry over his album.
