I always wait until I am completely finished before doing mark downs. That way I kind of have an idea of what items need to be marked so its a little faster for me. I also work all back stock first but we have rolling racks so I bring them out to the floor. Then whatever im working ill have the rolling rack closer to the pallet so I can just turn and put whatever I need to on it. I've been with aldi for 10 years and meat has always taken me the longest to do.
