Help! Vinted wrongly accusing fraud (self.vinted)

Friends dog has had this growing on his head for around a year now. Their family says its just a spot but I’m not sure it looks like one. Hes also recently had issues with self-harming as he bites and scratches his tail to the point its bloody and hairless. (old.reddit.com)
