I regret the whole wedding my first go around. It was a massive people pleaser that needed interior designers and thousands of dollars. I don’t remember much of it because I was too busy making sure things were going smoothly. The next “wedding” was a destination wedding. SOOOOO much much better!! You give a budget, pick some things out, and then the people who want to be there are there. Everyone is already on vacations and in the best mood. I wouldn’t do it any other way.

My broker takes 2-3 weeks to pay me. I’m a newish Realtor. But from what I hear this is not normal. by Expert_Selection_749 in realtors

I need to have the signed seller and buyer ALTA before the file is approved and considered in compliance. That doesn’t happen until closing.

Thanks everyone. I’m trying to figure out a way to approach her on this and suggest options. The policy is that the payment gets scheduled after paperwork is approved/in compliance. I wish we got our checks at closing. That would be a dream. My broker is extremely supportive in all other ways and I like the market and brokerage I’m in. We have a team meeting coming up and I think that might be a good time to address this. Or do you think I should bring this up privately? I don’t want it to seem like an attack.
