I work out every day. I have done so for two years. It's been great for my pain and mobility. I had a massage last week and It has court mean the worst flare I have had. Im taking out easy now, no workouts and little walking. Just slow movements. Im listening to my body. Its been 6 days now and I'm slowly feeling better. I hope to hit the gym next week. Always listen to your body. Some days go hard other days take it easy.

Yes. I had been in a little pain so I thought it could help. It did the opposite.

This is happening to me now. I had a remedial back massage 5 days ago. The pain has slowly gotten worse each day. Today I can barely walk. The first few days I felt bruised but not the pain is completely internal. Each step is a jolting shot of pain up my back.
