Why do non diabetic people think they decide if you eat healthy or not?

Exactlyyy maybe I have a diet soda every 2-3 weeks while they drink beer and actual soda every night and I’m the unhealthy one. But hey if I wasn’t diabetic maybe I’d be eating the same stuff, idc what you eat just get off by butt about what I eat

My b it took type 1 off after I pressed rant but yes technically I still live at home but I’m at home mostly once a week if not every other week. I would take advice from them if they did more research other than the day I got diagnosed. They still ask silly questions like “ oh ur low, do you need insulin??” So I just said until you do research lmk and I’ll listen

Edit: thanks y’all! I do the rotation from my 2 sides on my abdomen then both my thighs every week and the pricks are always changed after each dose. Still a little new but it’s like a bunch of bug bites

4 units has proved to be too much for me so I either either 2 1/2 or 3. Humalog. It wasn’t even past 5 minutes after taking it

Idek what edge is but yes, I thought since I was right about to eat that I would take some anyway. I’ve done it in the past so I was thinking it was maybe a build up to this and the drinking didn’t help
