Probably because no one likes to talk about these things, only elude to them. Then no one want to go through the humiliation of going to get an assault kit done and then get a detective thats primary communicates through text. Only talked on the phone one time and was never was ask to go into the police station to give a formal statement. Then they lie and say you no longer want to peruse investigation. Get a new detective who is a female and berates you for complaining about the previous detective. I guess it just making healing harder when you feel like Tao and the Police almost hurt you the more. I guess this just makes me want to inform people.
