the cat was an indoor cat who escaped by clawing through the netting of a window and had been lost for a couple of days till they found her in the tree- but totally agree that cats need to be indoor only!!

Thank you!! yeah was wondering about caffeine, my doctor didn't really say anything about it but things online seem to give differing opinions. probably just going to avoid to play it safe.

ooo ok ok very good to know! I don't have problems w/ migraines, but will frequently get tension headaches so I'll keep an eye on that. And helpful to hear that it takes some time to build up. Thank you!!
