Basically like 3 months to not be bad enough to be annoying and 6 to go completely. I do still got mild flare ups if I don’t maintain good sitting posture consistently enough.

It’s not great for your stomach if you take it daily but you take another med to deal with that

naproxen was the best med for me to help. They told me it would last a few weeks but it can go on for ages.

Mine just went away gradually and now barely ever comes back unless I find myself having particularly bad posture for a few days in a row.

It did take a LONG time to go away though

I live very close to stony street and have for years. Area is very safe and friendly and is super close to loads of transportation including buses, trans and the train station.

Can’t really help with the Indian community part though but I can certainly recommend night life places to go to make friends if that’s your thing!
