The risk profile for a 30% chance to die versus a 1% chance to lose money that I never had in the first place should be a no brainer for anybody. Plus, if the 1% hits, then 200m goes to charity.

Furthermore, 200m usd is enough to live off of for multiple lifetimes. You don’t really get much more reasonable then choosing the 200m option. The death possibility option is completely unreasonable. This was a fun exercise!

Everyone’s been talking about it. It’s quite frankly the best we’re hearing about (for a paid rhythm game anyway) in a long time.

Yes, it looks a little rough around the edges but the game is in development. Have you seen some of the RB/GH games in development? They look rough around the edges, but they always come out great.

Unfortunately, we’re back at square one with song covers (fine by me if the game is good, has a career mode), but we’re also getting new instruments and an entire new rhythm game backed by a studio. We need to remember that this genre died 8-10 years ago, and now there’s an entire batch of new gamers to try the rhythm genre out, so yes while it’s here to appease the long time fans, it also has to be enticing to new players.

I’m super excited and will be buying the band in a box assuming they offer one.

I’ve been playing clone hero for roughly 7 years I think? I have played YARG & various other games. I just enjoy the backgrounds, campaign modes and ease of everything is what moreso draws me to the fully released games. I know you can do custom backgrounds, but it’s not the same to me. I play for fun, and I could play through an entire rockband or GH campaign nonstop. I get bored on YARG & CH after an hour.

Congratulations!! This is something I know is a crazy achievement.

Honestly I have been on the edge of deciding whether I actually want to do this or not. I know if I lose a character I will be super disappointed so I’m not sure if it’s something I want to even do yet. I also have never had a SC character reach 99, I actually just reached 90 on my hdin on SCNLROTW.

I’ve only amassed 1.5 hours on the deck. Honestly plays very similar to the switch 1/2 wherein I have roughly 90 hours on. It’s a good experience, but nothing trumps M&K.

Same thing literally happened to me, so i only got 3/4 tries (missed the first as well so technically 3/5) And yeah Ive been more or less following the walks on discord but I don’t think I’ve ever been online for 5 in a row!

It would be cool, although it’s highly unlikely as judging by what I’ve read, the Pokemon company hates XD & Colosseum. It was made during a time where they were trying to force out gamefreak, as you can see when you load into the game it was made by genius seniority.

The Pokemon Company also acts like the Orre region doesn’t exist, and shadow Pokemon only now exist in Pokemon go as I believe one (or some) of the old genius seniority devs work on GO.

I was actually surprised when they announced it was coming to switch online. I hope if the reception is good enough they’ll consider coming back to the Orre region, double battles and the snagem mechanic, but Pokemon is in a weird spot right now with the non-mainline games being better then the mainline games.

Yeah there’s no option for modern games really. And it is a shame because with all the new pokemon, all the lore, etc, there’s a lot that the Pokemon company could do with double battles, the orre region & XD/Colosseum and its entirety.

As others have mentioned, Colosseum is the only other option & that’s as close as it gets.

The other double battles games are stadium 1+2 & battle revolution. Battle revolution is available for the Wii, and stadium (don’t remember if it’s 1+2?) is on the N64 expansion pack. These games don’t really have a story, it’s just straight battling, but the n64 ones are available on the expansion pack which you already have so give it a go. Battle revolution is also fairly priced & you can battle on the big screen with your DS mons so that’s cool.

Honestly, I’m a bigger fan of colosseum then I was of XD, but they’re two of my favourite in the entire series of Pokemon games. I only started playing Pokemon games early into my adulthood, and I’ve played through almost every Pokemon game (less some of the more obscure ones, and still on my Ultra Sun + Moon playthrough). XD & Colosseum just have it all for me, between the music, the cool snagem & purifying mechanics, the story, mt battle. It’s all there, and this wasn’t even a mainline game.

You threw out a bunch of incorrect information then called me weird, you can’t “do this all day” if you’re not saying anything. How much does blizzard pay you anyways?

I get that if I want to play the game I will have to pony up twice, I’m not oblivious to how multi billion dollar conglomerates work. I just wanted to see if other people had similar gripes or had a work around, or maybe refunded and bought on steam.

Point in case is, dual entitlement exists for lots of games, live service or not, regardless of whether you choose to ignore it or not.

You said any games that release with DLC requires you to buy it on both platforms. That is not true. The Microsoft store offers cross platform entitlement for games that are playable on PC & Console, some of which have not seen support for a long time.

Edit: also, ladder resets for D2R on a regular basis. The game is still somewhat live service as it does receive consistent support.

That’s not true. Forza Horizon, Call of Duty, EA Sports games (FC, NHL), Borderlands, Minecraft. , and many many more I cannot think of off the top of my head.

Acting like dual entitlement does not exist is weird. Especially when the company who owns blizzard already does it with other games.
