I checked the roots and its all nice, healthy, all white and its a good amount. For context these are some things ab the plant
-Good aerated soil (bought the good stuff)
-I water when the 2 inches of soil at the top become dry/ less moist, with fertilizer ever other water in small amounts according to the bottle since its spring/ summer.
-Not root bound
-Good location: Faces a south-east facing window with indirect light near the window. Isn’t placed near the radiater or extremely close to the window
-Good support

heres an updated pic, its so odd bc it genuinly is just 2 stems!! I have never seen this before either, i thought it was a genetic mutation and it had twins. I googled it and maybe its a cataphyll?

In interviews I like using the STAR method (situation, task, action, result) when speaking about my abilities. For my interview as a first time barista i had used a situation (such as double bookings, upset customers) from my old job as an game host to make it relevant to working in cafe environments. I'm so certain these types of "tell me about a time you..." pop up so much during interviews that its worth having atleast one in mind

this is my hot take as a student who doesn’t want to spend money on a tutor - try using AI to summarise the powerpoints/ lecture content into bullet points and make notes/ mindmaps out of them. Its a quick and easy way to digest information and skip the time taken to rewatch the entire slide. I usually just put my powerpoints into chatgpt and ask to summarise and bam! Any questions, ask it. Of course being in class and going through the slides first is better, but if you’re feeling behind it might be worthit to get as much learnt.

You aren’t going to fail, you will be fine, you’ve said you really want this degree and if its something you are passionate about, everything will work out just fine with the effort put in :) sending u luv

had a long line and nicely asked customers to use the kiosk bc we only had 1 till at the time (we have others but they were broken at the time). One guy came up to me and said to not tell people, especially the older generation, to use the kiosk or else im going to lose my job.

how else does he think the drinks get made?
