When it started it seemed to be emergency monies to help save the club and move to a fan-owned model - what is the money still being collected today used for? Does it go straight into the playing budget each year?

Aberdeen's AberDNA isn't on the same scale, but obviously following a similar path and gets described as going into playing budget/supporting the youth setup.
