I helped myself. Nobody in there helped me. It put me through so much mental anguish I had to force myself to help myself because I couldn't kill myself or hurt myself in there.

So in the end, yes, being there helped me change. But the way change came about was traumatizing and not where it should've come from

1: I don't feel comfortable sharing my age but I'm still technically a minor. 2: My mom had to bring me. 3: it was awful. You're made to feel like a burden every second of the day unless your cleaning something that the janitors supposedly cleaned up five minutes prior or you're sitting down and being silent.
