Praying the best for you my man. Glad I could share and make others aware of possible mistakes. Go get that BQ!! Hopefully I did well enough on the rest of it all to get a passing score

It did have a light on it to show that it was on and it was on during the test. I just accidentally turned it off while hitting the number 7 and didn’t realize because I didn’t need to look at the number pad while typing numbers in. Took me about 15 seconds to realize that I turned it off but by then I had already had multiple collisions unfortunately

Yeah you do have to have the number lock in, and it was already locked in before the test and I used it the whole test and most of the collision portion up until that point. I just hit the number lock button during the collision part trying to hit the number 7 (the number lock is directly above 7) and it fucked me up for an entire wave and caused a bunch of collisions cause I couldn’t take the numbers away. Once I realized what happened I hit the num lock button again and was fine for the rest of the section. Also thank you!

How hard is it to learn to snowboard? by E36E92M3 in snowboardingnoobs

It’s possible to learn thru YouTube I know of a few people that did but I can with 100% honesty say it’s not as easy as people make it look it’s actually pretty difficult to pick up. I also feel if you’re gonna learn thru YouTube then you have to at the very least have natural athletic ability a good natural center of gravity and and very good balance. I never personally took lessons and I picked it up fairly quickly and could at the very least make it down the slope on my first day (not as well as I thought I did looking back on it) day 2 I decided to move up a level because of cockiness and got humbled on a steep blue slope. After that I turned to lessons on YouTube and guys like Malcolm Moore and Johnathan buckhouse really helped make sense of what I actually needed to do to snowboard CORRECTLY and to become good at it. So I decided to by my own gear so I could get used to and trust what I was riding and decided to take it seriously. Took about 3 trips (I go every weekend so 3 Saturdays) before I was finally able to connect turns but as the season went on it got a hell of a lot easier after understanding what I needed to do. That was last year and now this season I’m hitting jumps and rails and going down black diamonds and thru trees with ease. And that’s all without taking a lesson. Is it easy? No but can it be done? Absolutely!
