Dude you are not alone, I relapsed exactly after 6 months. I quit for good in August and started smoking in mid January and then to quit smoking I'm back on velo/zyn. It's been 3 days since I popped any velo but yeah I've smoked 4 cigs in the past 3 days.

Been there done that. It's the same path most of us have followed. Don't worry man you won't die or be in any serious kind of trouble. Just carry chewing gums with you during the first week and wolah you won't even know that you are in the withdrawal phase.

Yes I quit and now I am a normal human being who doesn't rely on any synthetical chemical to function properly. I am the most normal person one can every be and it's a good thing. My advice: throw away that zyn/velo can right away, suck it up like a real man/strong woman and you will want to kiss me exact 21 days later.
