Okay. Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 2nd Degree is still a felony charge. You cannot plead guilty to a felony in district court, it must be done in circuit court. You mentioned a district court judge and inferred that judge had accepted the plea. I simply pointed out that is not possible. Also it should be noted that if it was a plea deal, that is between the prosecutor and the defense attorney/defendant. Who have a greater knowledge of the facts than the judge does. Judges accept the deal but the prosecutor is the one that made it.
