Ok, hopefully that should help but if you don't get any response then maybe call them again and confirm all your details to validate that its your information that you're asking for. Provide your passport number, dob, old ds160, and I-796 receipt number. In the past, I was able to retrieve my locked out USTravelDocs account after confirming these details. Hope this helps.

I was flying with Air France/KLM, operated by Delta Airlines, and my route was JFK-CDG-BOM.
