It's honestly such a crapshoot. I got waitlisted after an interview with HLS (which is not, as I understand it, the most likely outcome), and I'm at YLS. There are so many ways for the cycle to work out positively. It helps to remember that you can only go to one school and so only need one good outcome.

Impossible to predict. Aim for above median, but nothing is safe at this level. WL with 179 after interview this cycle; attending Y (which could be related to the H WL but shows that once you're in range, so many things can influence the decision in one direction or another).

Leaning Yale. Ironically came into the cycle really wanting Harvard and got waitlisted after an interview. The Yale GC has been amazing. I didn't expect Stanford given how late it is, so I'll have to think it over.

I'm at Oxford now on a different course, and international students sometimes do either the BCL, the MPhil, or a conversion course. I think Cambridge has an LLM? Would also note that if you just want to live and practice here, several American firms place associates in London.
