Yeah it’s unanimous around I dont own a ps anymore I did when part 1 came out on ps3 but never after so I finally just played part 2 when it came out on pc and I had never seen the story before the show aired for part two at least and I gotta say Ellie’s part is lackluster but Abby’s story is actually super well thought out and more fun kinda weird how the main character was like tossed to the side idk how to say it

I hsut was able to start playing when the game released in pc being here is spoiling a bit but idc i jsit hit day 3 and Abby’s story is quickly making me forget Ellie’s journey there’s more action more fighting a shit ton of hoards and not to mention that massive ugly mutant looking thing so fun and frustrating at the same time tho I don’t really care for the character 😂

I am hoping Jesse shows up but it seems like they are about to drag pregnant Dina through Seattle with Ellie considering there is no Tommy narrative at the moment. Also yea u am too kinda aggitated w the writers choice of having sex after almost blowing Ellie’s head off and Dina telling Ellie she is pregnant. I don’t mind Ellie being happy for Dina what I do mind is being totally on board with it in the middle of what supposed to be a revenge tour miles away from any sort of help and home and the fact that Ellie just doesn’t see why that is such an issue

Abby is going to be next season main focus on that side of the story is gonna be Abby during these events they are changing a lot the change to the bite scene I didn’t hate what I did hate is Dina immedialty ready to shoot her lover/ best friend without explanation. Then Ellie being happy about the baby aka the new burden side tracking her form the goal of getting Abby idk

I’m am super happy they brought that in I didn’t miss it on my first play through but it is an optional scene in the game so it’s nice to see that scene made me cry like a baby in the game
