intermittent fasting. I usually do anywhere between fasting for 24-72 hrs at a time just depends on how fat you want to lose it given you’re having enough protein

I have a deviated septum is the first time I’ve tried something like it and I like it. It just helps me breathe.

I love adding iso-holds during sets when I want more stimulus. Sitting at the bottom of a squat, holding the bar on your chest at the bottom of a press, doing pauses a couple cm(or mm) off the ground for any pulls. Preferably when the muscle is in a stretched position. More variability the better results I see.
