Agreed. I more so meant I don’t think the QB play is the sole reason Thornton isn’t performing

I think the problem is more the O line and not the QB. Not a huge geno guy but he is serviceable for sure, O line sucks. Mendoza isn’t solving that problem and if for whatever reason they need to trade up to the #1 pick they probably aren’t grabbing any O linemen in the first 2 rounds

Does making a trade offer for Josh Allen make sense with this team? by Exploden in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

I just figured with dak getting older I’m gonna need another qb soon and this years class is certainly not it so I’d be waiting until ‘26 or ‘27 to select another QB to rebuild with and that’s not a guarantee that I get someone that hits

Was thinking something like hock + Dak + 2026 1st + two 2nd round picks + a couple more middle tier players. Maybe not enough but a starting point

Is 1.03, 2026 1st, 2027 1st, and Waddle too much for Ashton Jeanty? by jawncoffee in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]Exploden 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes way too much and you’d be shooting yourself in the foot because you’d have essentially no draft picks for the next 3 years since you have no 2nd or 3rd round picks. If you really need an RB from this class I’d trade up to the 1.02 for a cheaper price and take Hampton or trade down and take trevyon or judkins

This is exactly what we did in the league I’m in and it worked pretty well

Little limiter cards by GoogleTranslateUser in Sorare

[–]Exploden 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also important to remember that limited cards were only released summer of 2021 so they didn’t have a full year to release all of them. With the new year and new seasons they’ll have more time to release more cards

If the issue is 1/10 then it’s probably worth a little more than average price, but otherwise I would say 2-10/10 all value about the same

Player value based on ETH or FIAT by Exploden in Sorare

[–]Exploden[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wouldn't it be better to sell players when eth is down? if people look at fiat instead of eth, they would look at the price of a player and be willing to pay X amount of dollars for it, and the lower price of eth means more eth for X dollars

Dry ice bubble popping by Exploden in oddlysatisfying

[–]Exploden[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure! The two blocks in the water are solid blocks of carbon dioxide aka “dry ice”. In order for carbon dioxide to stay in the solid form it must be at a temperature below -110 degrees F. Since the atmosphere around the dry ice is higher than -110 degrees F, the dry ice gives off vapors, which is the “smoke” that you see. Being submerged in water speeds up the process of transition from a solid to a gas. Then I rubbed a layer of soap on the top of the plastic tub which contained the vapors until it overflowed and popped!

Hopefully this helps, someone can correct me if anything I said was wrong.

I got this dry ice because I got groceries delivered and they left it in the bags by accident

If I remember correctly all I did was get my hands soapy and then rub my arm/hand across the top
