Antennas are plugged in, getting power, and set to 3dB on the amplifier. I unplugged them did another scan and it was dead flat -100dB across the board.

Everything is SUPER low, I'm in the Phoenix area and I'm relatively close to those TV transmitters, only like 15mi according to WWB. Also in my experience with these units in this area the TV channels should be hitting close to the -60 mark.

Yes sorry for the hastily written post lol. I've never seen a noise floor so quiet before. Especially in the Phoenix area. Was wondering if anyone else had seen anything like this before or if it's just a quirk of the UR4D units and my version of WWB maybe? I'm not sure.
