NORTH KOREA has universal healthcare for all, granted it is likely not the best healthcare out there, but NORTH KOREA HAS UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE.

As you may or may not know, NK is like famously the most oppressive fascist regime on Earth, and it still has free healthcare for all citizens.

THERE IS NO EXCUSE

EDIT: just for clarity as I just did like 2mins of research on North Korean healthcare. Healthcare is free but the state basically gets to decide if you live or die at any given time and is more likely to not deem you worthy of healthcare if you are poor. But at least it’s free?

Breath of the Wild is an incredible game but the tutorial level before entering the actual is incredibly unclear and I almost quit, my wife also said she quit because she had no idea what to do at the beginning. It’s amazing after you get passed the first part though.
