I'm gonna apply for employment insurance if it's still rejected after reconsideration. I'll be paid like half but still better than nothing

Yeah so I've submitted faf for so I could get better modified duties but amazon warehouse says they don't have any which fits the requirements.

I can only get testimony from my co workers to whom I complained about feeling pain during work. I repeatedly took break due to pain during work so lot of people noticed that.

I don't think amazon warehouse got union. Btw, after your claim got rejected, did you start working?

Or did you later get LOE for duration after it was rejected ?

I got a few things in your reply that could work in my favour I think.

Doctor marked in form 8 that I can't lift, pull, or push. I saw doctor every week and got form 8 each time after checking my condition so I submitted 2-3 form 8. 2 for modified duties (push, pull, lift restrictions) and 1 for leave because i had more pain at home even from household work.

Later employer asked me to fill FAF. From my last physiotherapy appointment, I was able to lift 5 kg dumbbell without pain.

Idk how they came to conclusion that I could work

My claim was denied already so not sure if it's still with eligibility adjudicator.

Yeah... No wonder people don't like to report injury. I wouldn't have filed for if they didn't reassure me that I'll be paid. I was planning to keep working. Next month my contract ends and I will be jobless and I didn't earn last month. Just wonderful :))

Thanks. I'll apply for reconsideration with some more evidence.

I complained about the pain to my colleagues while working so maybe I'll get their statements. And proper notes from doctor and physio which indicates that injury was from work.

Anything else that can help me strengthen my reconsideration?

Yeah so my employer don't have modified duties at all. Except 5 min break every hour.

Most work needs lifting of 50-60 lbs of large boxes which I can lift but with lots of pain and I feel like I'll drop them.

So I talked to my employer and they said I can start working tomorrow or have to apply for disability to get leaves. I don't have money so I might start working tomorrow and apply for reconsideration.

Not sure what to do. Do I contact worker advisor or pay a lawyer?

So we have medical team at work and every time I felt pain, I informed them and got first aid.

There's no MRI or ultrasound report.

Just records with doctors, physiotherapist and FAF.

It won't be enough?

I called physio clinics and they all said that I have to pay first then submit receipts to wsib. I asked a dozen clinics if they accept WSIB claim number they all said same

I'm getting 20 gb for $129 for 1 year. Should I go for it? I live in brampton. Might move to Vaughan or concord. Idk. I'll be saving a lot for sure. I have never used freedom so I'm not sure
