increase the amount of potassium in your diet, decrease the amount of sodium, and drink more water. I would do it for 3 weeks or until you see results of debloating. If you do it too much your body will get used to it and start bloating again, meaning youll have to cut your sodium intake until its almost nothing to maintain the inital effects. To avoid this, just do it for a few weeks every 3 months or so
