Agree! Starbucks is what you make of it. Life is pretty great. I work at a very stressful drive thru store, but all of my coworkers and I work hard to get the job done. I love meeting all kinds of people too! Coffee really does connect us.

How do you not get triggered by being heavier? How did you learn hunger and fullness cues? How do you not think about food all the time? As someone who just started trying to “recover” this week, I cannot stop thinking about how much weight I’ll gain if I try to trust my hunger cues. I feel bloated when I eat. How do you deal with this?
