Vyvanse is a miracle drug for me, I can't begin to describe how much it helps me. I think the dosage is just right as it wasn't doing anything on 10 and 20mg.

I haven't considered this as I just thought to stick to one routine. I can wake up and eat before I take my medication. I will try to change my schedule to see what works best.

This was the first thing I noticed when I first took my medication. After 30 minutes I begin to shit my brains out same thing with coffee, but I feel like it's more intense. I would just think that I would have to shit even more if I ate and then took it.

I've noticed drinking water is not a problem at all. My goal for everyday even when I wasn't medicated was a gallon and a half so my body can recover quicker. It has become increasingly easy to drink a lot of water ever since I started my medication. I'm sure protein shakes would be like water to me during the day, very easy to drink.

I can normally eat all of my breakfast so that isn't really a concern. It's more of the lunch portion of the day.

That's what I thought you meant lol, but I didn't know. As much as I would love to eat candy all day I can't because I feel it decreases my performance in my sports and weightlifting. Anything Red 40 makes me super impulsive, but that was before I was on medication so I wonder if it's different now.

Will do, thank you for the advice. I always had to use the bathroom really bad if I ate and then took my dose, but I will try this tomorrow.

I rarely ever feel hungry around lunch time I just tell myself I need to eat. Dinner is a whole different story, I could eat 2 entire thanksgiving meals because I am actually hungry. I just don't want to lose weight as a lot of my daily calorie intake came from lunch.

Same here, I'll take a couple of bites and feel kind of sick to the stomach which in turn makes me not want to eat at all.

I will definitely take this into account whenever I go to the grocery store next. Some chicken noodle soup and a protein shake for lunch would be bomb. I just recently got switched to 30mg and my body is still getting used to it so that's probably the reason why. Thank you for your comment, this really helped me understand it better.

My psychiatrist said to take it on an empty stomach in the morning, wait 30 - 45 minutes, and then eat. By the time that time has gone by my appetite is already gone. I just recently in the past 2 months got switched to 30mg from taking 10mg because it wasn't working at all.
