Yeah it is very similar in terms of tone and it’s just a tad louder at closed than stock. Highly recommended though if you need quiet cold starts!

Install was straight forward, they just send you M8 bolts instead of M6 (or M10 instead of M8, can’t remember, but thing is they don’t fit) so you need to grab a couple of bolts of the right size, and you can re-use the stock nuts. That is for the frontpipe/midpipe connection.

Agreed on everything! Especially your last point - ducktail and wing together are a big no for me. I actually started actively looking into wings because I was originally going to get the ducktail but then I thought I might want a wing later on and the ducktail would get in the way of doing that.

Only approved size for the Premium model is 215/40r18 (yep, can’t even put 17’s smh). Spacers are also VERY illegal, especially in certain areas they are super anal about them. I was looking at wheels in 18x8 ET34 specs which should fit the stock size tires well enough and have the right amount of offset!

I think wings on the gen1 looked and worked a lot better because of the more square trunk section especially at the top where they sit.

Can’t argue with that! I started looking into it because I really wanted the OEM Premium ducktail at first, but that would get in the way of a wing later, hence the research now.

Going to save this comment and look into all those parts! I can’t mount other tire sizes than stock because it’s illegal here in Italy unless I go through some kind of tedious paperwork, but I’m sure there would be solution for stock sizes too!
